"B.A.P.M." evolves from the concept that each viewer's encounter with art is a unique creative act, shaped by their own experiences and perspectives. This interactive installation embodies the idea of thought as a network, expanding and connecting in all directions like roots in the earth. It's an invitation to delve into a personal realm of reflection, where your reactions contribute to the art itself.
The artwork began with a plant and LEDs, leading to a detailed 3D scan that transformed into a digital model. Integrating this with custom software, the piece comes to life through interactive animations, lights, and an ambient soundscape created in collaboration with musician Emma Olson. B.A.P.M was originally showaced at Röda Sten Konsthall during the exhibition "Bandet".
